Certified Real Estate Professional is the first real estate training program in India launched by RARE. It is an entrepreneurial course combining practical and theoretical knowledge of real estate broking sector. You will learn not only the technical details but also the soft skills necessary to become a real estate professional. You will learn the dynamics of the real estate sector, role of the broker, obtaining mandates and handling clients. It is a 4 month course which has a batch size of only 20 to ensure personal attention is given to each student. The student has to undergo compulsory practical training in the property market of about 20 hours a week. The course will be conducted using modern techniques and tools in the classroom using role plays, simulated events, quizzes and guest lectures. CRP defines the word practical training literally as students spend majority of their time on field under the guidance of our mentors.  CRP is a credits-based course with grades given to the students.

Minimum Qualification Required: 12th/HSC pass and basic computer skills necessary.

Who Should Do CRP

CRP is a course that must be undertaken by people who want to be professional entrepreneurs in real estate broking and franchise. Freshers who are students, people shifting from other industries, and women who want to start their own business should do CRP to kick start their journey as a real estate professional. Even existing players in the business who want to leverage themselves and attract high end clientele and improve their performance must do this course.

Admissions and Fees

CRP has a rolling intake with a batch size of 20 for each intake. Dates for course commencement will be announced shortly. The timings of the batch have been made keeping in mind working professionals who wish to do this course. Please look at program structure for more details on timings.

General Candidate: 10,000 + taxes
RE/MAX Affiliate: 7500 + taxes

Program Structure

The program has 70 % weightage on the practical area. The student will be taught theory modules which he will be required to apply in his assignments. The practical part of the course will be done at the mentor’s office so that the student gets on the field training.

Evaluation Criteria

The student will be evaluated on his performance in the practical and theory sessions. The Final grade will heavily depend on the Project work grade. The grade will be given on total credits obtained.

Course Credits: 70 % practical, 25% theory, 5% attendance

    • Practical Credits: Assignments, reports of practical training, presentations, and grading by mentors.
    • Theory Credits: Written Exam held at the end of the course.
    • Attendance Credits: Classroom Interaction, Role plays, quizzes

    Business Plan Credits: 100% based on final project

Practical Training

After every module the student has 1-2 weeks of practical training on the module. This training will take place at the mentor’s broking office and doing fieldwork. Training of a minimum of 20 hours a week is necessary. 70 % of the course credits are based on performance in the practical training. The faculty and mentor will define the assignments and tasks to be done during the week so that the student is well-versed with ground realties and is already in the process of creating a network for himself and has acquainted himself with all technical and non technical aspects of the market. Students will be required to interview people from the industry and interact with actual clients giving them an opportunity to do business while learning the course.

Earning Potential

Our students receive a token of appreciation for getting business. Thus, while doing the course, a student has the opportunity to earn 25% commission on brokerage received on a deal done on behalf of the broker office.*
