RE/MAX Agents are the end point of contact with the customer and provide real estate broking services to clients.

Individuals who join RE/MAX may do so with our without real estate experience. RE/MAX is open to both males and females. In most of the countries where RE/MAX operates it promotes joining of ladies in the industry. Home buying decision is usually done by both husband and wife and a female real estate agent relates better with the wife and hence makes a better agent in the residential real estate space.

RE/MAX agents can be full time, part time, freelance, working in other organizations or just focused on real estate business.
