Nishant Makhija

Nishant started a RE/MAX real estate franchise business in January 2010. He slowly and steadily increased his business month over month. Earlier he was a property broker and was specialising only in corporate leasing. However with the RE/MAX model he recruited five agents and built a huge inventory of residential properties. The deals started getting closed and he has retained all of his agents that he originally recruited. He also won a trip to Los Angeles RE/MAX Broker Owner Conference, as his was the best performing franchise office in India for the period of January to March 2011.

Anand Choksi

Anand was working as a Regional Sales Head for two Indian states in a leading multinational consumer durables goods company. He started his real estate franchise office in late 2010 and has gone on to become one of the most successful franchisees across the country. He recorded the highest number of property transactions for the quarter of January to March 2011. He is proud about the fact that majority of the transactions in his office are done by his agents who have earned more than Rs. 100,000 monthly for several months in a row. Anand specializes in sole selling of projects and builder representation.

Vivek Parikh

Being a professional cricketer and represented Gujarat in Ranji trophy, real estate was a far cry for Vivek.
